Cross Country

A slow 5K at Highland Park. Tried to recreate the Nick’s 5K course but missed a turn so I had to add my own spurs to bring it up to 3 miles. Goal: run more cross country, even when the grass is wet. Significantly slower than my race pace, but Garmin still pegged this as a tempo run. A sign that I’m not recovered from the Wild Goose? I actually had a better pace at one point during my hike today.
